How to get In-N-Out delivered when DoorDash is banned.
Like many of you, I still have a Facebook account in the year 2026 mainly for one reason: Facebook Marketplace. Rarely a night goes by where I’m not scrolling through its goldmines for L.A. ephemera, vintage Dodgers gear, or cheap houseplants. Where else can you buy the frosted beer mug given to LAPD officers who warned elementary school children of the dangers of drugs?
But I started noticing something else for sale last month: food from In-N-Out, the burger chain that is perhaps the one thing all Angelenos can agree on. But these sellers weren’t creating facsimiles of In-N-Out a la the many Facebook Marketplace sellers peddling homemade LAUSD coffee cake. These sellers were offering to deliver the famously fresh fast food… despite In-N-Out’s longstanding refusal to partner with food delivery apps like DoorDash or GrubHub.
