No Use of Site by Minors

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Furthermore, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County in the State of California.
Local Standards
We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate for use in all locations. Persons who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Policy on Publication of Arrest Information
Scuttlebutt Media may publish arrest-related content based on information from local authorities, which may include mugshots. It is Scuttlebutt Media’s policy not to remove such content, even if the person is later acquitted or the record is expunged. If Scuttlebutt Media receives credible notice that the identified person was not actually arrested, Scuttlebutt Media may consider requests to remove or correct the content. Acquittal or expungement alone is not a basis to remove accurate arrest coverage.
Miscellaneous
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision included herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision by Scuttlebutt Media must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Scuttlebutt Media. Such waiver must specifically reference the Terms as well as the provision to be waived. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision included herein. Entire Agreement
These Terms comprise the entire agreement between you and Scuttlebutt Media relating to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and negotiations, whether oral or written. These Terms supersede any previous terms of use relating to use of the Site to which you and Scuttlebutt Media may have been bound. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions included herein shall remain in full force and effect.
